  My experience was excellent this time, but I am a direct member and I wouldn't recommend that program to any of my friends. Not being a member I would think the travel service would be comparable to Expedia or one of the other on-line travel services.

  Maureen is an outstanding employee! She is my favorite and I try and call when she is working because she has become part of the vacation. She makes the journey from the beginning fun and exciting! She is very knowledgeable and helpful. We have booked many vacations (hotels, cruises, resort stays) and have never been disappointed!

  The deals seem reasonably priced; however, the agents do not provide you with all the other hidden fees you are paying for a resort stay when you were given one price in the beginning. I wasn't expecting to pay for any other fees other than the port fees and taxes for the cruise due to paying for my Sears Vacation Diamond Package in full in advance in July 2017. That's what I was told. However, when I booked the cruise, I ended spending over a $1000 USD because the trip was not fully covered under my certificate and I was also traveling alone. I think this is highly unfair and when you're on a budget this is very disturbing to the customer who was told and explained something different about the package deal you purchased. I felt bamboozled and lied to as I was provided incorrect information about the Sears Vacation Package deals. I am very dissatisfied about the package and I feel like was swindled out of my money. I don't feel like it was worth my time. MONEY WASTED, HIGHLY UNFAIR, AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! It's saddening since I have been a long standing Sears valued customer before this and now I feel as though I can no longer trust Sears any longer for this same reason.
