  Waited an hour and a half for an oil change even though we had an appointment. The technician doing the oil change apparently felt his time was better spent chatting in the office with the insurance reps than changing our oil. On top of that, they quoted us $1400 for unnecessary repairs and add-on scams. A second opinion at another shop said that none of the things this shop quoted we're necessary. There was an elderly gentleman also waiting in the lobby for them to check his vehicle. They came out and quoted him $600 for the work. He responded by saying that he couldn't afford that and would just do the work himself. They continued to try to push the sale to the point where he demanded his keys and walked out. Ridiculous to have AAA's name on this shop. Full of pushy and shady car repair techs who don't value their customer's time and will try to rip you off if you fit the profile of someone who might not know much about cars.
