When I opened my account they only told me after sotto g there for a couple hours that I AM NOT GETTING A DEBIT CARD. Still over 3 months later, I cannot apply for one, they're excuse - for my protection. So I deposit money and when I need to use it I can't. Moreover, during business hours, I walk in to deposit a check, I'm the o my customer and 5 people greet me as I walk in. Took them over 20 min. Ridiculous. Only reason I'm still with them is I don't have time to open an account with a different bank. Horrible service, no respect and amateurish behavior.
