  Just tried to cash a Bank of America check at this branch and it was refused because I did not have an account. I was told I had to sit down with a banker first. I told then I was not interested in sitting with a banker and they said they would not be able to cash it then!! Was told this was their flagship bank and they were trying a new concept. Obviously it's not working, just alienates me more from doing business with them. It has always been a hassle dealing with B of A and I don't see it getting any better. Not to mention when I walked into the bank it was very confusing, no one offering help and teller Windows were hidden around the corner. Went to another branch down the street and they operated as a bank should, very friendly, greeted you as you walked in and cashed their check without hassle.

  I will be taking my retirement fund from Merrill Lynch to another company because of the customer service I received from this branch. I came to cash a check that was written from a Bank of America account and they Flatout would not cash it because they say they're cash is dedicated for customer. I thought you were a bank. your customer gave me the check and you should cash it. I guess I was wrong what are you guys good for if not for banking
